How to Dial
When you sign up for the service, you can provide us with up to three phone numbers (residence, mobile, etc.) that you would like to register with MobileSphere. All three numbers are charged to your prepaid account and you will not need to enter an account number (PIN) when you call from any of these registered numbers.
Please Note: For your security, since calling from registered phone numbers DO NOT require you to enter an account number (PIN), please DO NOT register a phone number that might be used by other parties.
Dialing Instructions - Registered Mobile Phone
1. Dial the Access Number: 617-507-2520.
(Add this number into your cell phone's address book.)
2. At the prompt, enter your speed-dial code or dial the number you are calling followed by the # sign:
(Do NOT press send on your cell phone again after entering destination number)
For domestic U.S. : 1 + Area Code + Local Number
For International: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number .
Dialing Instructions - Registered Home (off-campus) or Office Phone
1. Dial the Local Access Phone Number: Please log onto your “My Account” page and click on Dialing Instructions link or refer to your Welcome e-mail for the specific access phone number.
2. At the prompt, enter your speed-dial code or Dial the number you are calling followed by the # sign.
For domestic U.S. : 1 + Area Code + Local Number
For International: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number.
Dialing instructions - Residence Phone or Non-Registered Phone.
In your welcome e-mail, we will provide you with an account number (PIN) that allows you to use the service from any non-registered phone.
1. Dial the Local Access Phone Number: Please log onto your "My Account" page and click on Dialing Instructions link or refer to your Welcome e-mail for the specific access phone number.
2. When you hear the voice prompt enter your account number (PIN)
3. At the prompt, enter your speed-dial code or Dial the number you are calling followed by the # sign.
For domestic U.S. : 1 + Area Code + Local Number
For International: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number

Instructions - Speed Dial Set-Up
1. Log-on to My Account - using your Username and Password
2. Enter up to 99 domestic & international numbers in your personal on-line address book
3. Dial the access number
4. Enter your 1 or 2 digit speed dial code followed by the # sign

From Outside the Local Calling Area (National Toll Free Number): 1-888-896-9704 (Higher rates will apply)
PLEASE NOTE : If dialing from an on-campus phone, you may have to dial an additional one or two digits before you enter the access phone number in order to access an outside phone line. Please consult your University to find out what this one or two digit number is.
