Utalk offers several easy ways to dial depending on your location..


Dialing instructions - OSU Residence Phone or Off Campus Phone

In your welcome e-mail, we will provide you with an account number (PIN) that allows you to use the service from any non-registered phone.

  1. Dial the On-Campus Exchange (if available on your campus) or the Local Toll Free Access Number: 1-888-712-5321
    (Use the calling card feature from any non-registered phone)

  2. When you hear the voice prompt enter your account number (PIN)

  3. At the prompt, enter your speed-dial code or Dial the number you are calling followed by the # sign.

For International: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number
